Well, this is something new. A tagged...thingie on DA that I can actually participate in! Huzzah!

1. Choose a few of your own characters.
(I have so many that I love...I'm going to do two sets, one
from each of my current threads.)
2. Make them answer the following questions.
3. Feel free to go ahead and add some questions yourself!!
4. Then tag three people.

Hm...I choose...
-Aranel Avejar Carea Kaeyara Eryn Rivikintinau Showoff...
-Aryon Asres Ryan Handas Rivikintinau
-Aran Arador Voronwe Rivikintinau
-Merrick What, no long complicated name?

-Talisen Shae
-Tayven Shae-Carito
-Ellemere Shae
-Rinfar Tarasse

---

Who/What are you?
Kae: I am an elf. That's all you need to know.
Ryan: I am elven, and the next in line for the Asrian throne.
Arador: I am the elven king of Asres, though I would much rather be a part of the Aragadian empire...
Merrick: At this point, I really don't know if I'm a bird or an elf...

Talisen: That information is classified.
Tayven: I'm the mage who wishes there were scholarship programs in Velar...and I'm half-elven.
Elle: If I told you, I would have to kill you, and we wouldn't want that now would we?
Tarasse: I am one of the oldest surviving elves in Velar. In this thread...He plays a significant role in theirs, too. *points up at the other four* But he's a loooot younger in that one.

Do you have any brothers or sisters?
Kae: I have one older brother-he's my hero. But don't tell anyone! I'm supposed to be the hero in this story...
Ryan: My younger sister, Kaeyara, has always been the person in this world I hold most dear.
Arador: I had a younger brother at one point, but he has since been taken from this world. Fool decided to try and resist the humans.
Merrick: I honestly don't remember...

Talisen: Any information about my family must remain secret for their owns safety.
Tayven: I don't have a twin brother, I have an insufferable moron who sleeps at my house occasionally. His name is Talisen.
Elle: ... Let's not talk about my immediate family, alright?
Tarasse: Sadly, I am the last surviving member of my family. I do recall having an older sister at one point.

What's your height?
Kae: Short. She's only 5'4"!
Ryan: Six feet, two inches.
Arador: Tall enough to be imposing to my subjects.
Merrick: About a foot...if you don't count my tail...

Talisen: 5' 10".
Tayven: I believe, the last time I took measurements, that I measured approximately five feet, seven and a half inches tall.
Elle: Tall enough to kill my targets.
Tarasse: In the end, height is really of no importance, Ellemere. What matters is the skill with which you wield your weapon.

How old are you?
Kae: Younger than I should be.
Ryan: Twenty-four, four years older than my sister.
Arador: Old enough to still hold some authority over that loose canon niece of mine...why they ever gave her that stone is beyond me.
Merrick: I lost count a while ago...years don't really matter when you're a bird.

Talisen: Um...I graduated from Falling Leaves how many years ago...?
Tayven: We're twenty-one, Tally.
Elle: Old enough to know what's best for me, but young enough not to care.
Tarasse: I...would rather not disclose that information... It's over 5,000!

Are you a virgin?
Kae: Should I kill you now, or later? You really don't want to open that can of worms...
Ryan: Kaeyara, calm down...there is no need to use Chaos here... And no, I am not.
Arador: No.
Merrick: I...think so...

Talisen: You aren't seriously asking me that question.
Tayven: That is entirely too personal of a question to ask here.
Elle: Nope.
Tarasse: I never saw fit to take a wife.

Who's your mate/spouse?
Kae: Who needs marriage? I'm the Fighter!
Ryan: Amaya Rivikintinau, the Peacemaker and unfortunate balance to my sister.
Arador: I would scarcely call Caelil my wife. She certainly doesn't act like one, always trying to interject herself in matters that do not concern those of her disposition.
Merrick: I know the answer to this one! I don't have one...

Talisen: Uh...am I allowed to say? I actually don't know... Eemi, I guess.
Tayven: You guess? Talisen, I'm ashamed of you. After all you two have gone through! Imagine how devastated she'll be when she hears that. I know I would be crushed if Raed ever "guessed" he was married to me.
Elle: I haven't got time for that.
Tarasse: As I said, I never saw fit to take a wife.

Do you have any kids?
Kae: Not as of this moment in time.
Ryan: I have one adorable six-month-old daughter named Elia, in honor of my mother.
Arador: All I can tell you is that there has been a slight delay in the production of a true heir to my throne.
Merrick: I'm a man who was turned in to a bird. What do you think?

Talisen: I...at the risk of angering my sister again, I'm going to say yes. I have one son and one daughter, both of whom I am proud to say are following in my footsteps by attending Falling Leaves.
Tayven: Yes. What? No long-winded answer? Lame...
Elle: Of course not! With my hectic schedule, I could never...
Tarasse: Unfortunately, no.

What's your favorite food?
Kae: Anything that travels well. Bread.
Ryan: I honestly haven't ever considered it.
Arador: Roasted peaches with crushed toasted pecans and frozen cream.
Merrick: This is going to sound really bad to you lot, but I like rabbits...

Talisen: NOT fried boots.
Tayven: Scrambled eggs with bacon, mushrooms, and cheese.
Elle: APPLES!!!!
Tarasse: Soldiers' rations.

Have you ever killed anyone?
Kae: Of course I have. My title is the Fighter, after all. Well, one of her titles is the Fighter...
Ryan: I have, and I am deeply sorry for it.
Arador: Of course not! That's what my executioner is for.
Merrick: Repeat after me: I'm a bird.

Talisen: It's my job.
Tayven: Not intentionally...
Elle: I second Talisen's response!
Tarasse: A soldier cannot be held accountable for the lives he takes on the field of...yes. Yes, I have.

Do you hate anyone?
Kae: Can I hate an inanimate object? Because I would love nothing more than to smash this stone against the wall...provided it doesn't kill me.
Ryan: Dagramar.
Arador: I don't truly hate anybody, though my current situation is less than enviable...
Merrick: My grandfather, for changing me in to a bird and then trying to roast me and eat me.

Talisen: Rhys, the bastard! I would kill him a thousand times if I could!
Tayven: Talisen, calm down. We all know you despise Emperor Rhys, just as I do.
Elle: My sisters...and my mother...and Rhys, him too...
Tarasse: By the time you reach my age, you realize that expending energy on emotions like hate simply isn't worth it.

Do you love anyone?
Kae: I love my brother, but in that brother-sister kind of way. Nobody else. And certainly not that shadow mage that's been following me around of late.
Ryan: My family.
Arador: Myself...and my subjects, of course.
Merrick: Nobody................. Kaeyara........

Talisen: I have a wife and two kids. What do you think?
Tayven: My relatives, both living and deceased.
Elle: I would say both my cousins, but sometimes I wonder about that Talisen kid...
Tarasse: I feel the love of a father for his children for each student I have under my care.

What is your job?
Kae: I'm the Fighter! And a princess, don't forget that one.
Ryan: I act as a political consult for my uncle, as well as a father for my child and a husband for my wife.
Arador: ...being the king?
Merrick: I'm just a sidekick...

Talisen: I'm a first-class graduate of Falling Leaves and a working assassin for the crown of Woodrealm.
Tayven: I act as the headmistress of the Academy of Magics on Lightrealm, as well as a mother of two.
Elle: Again, I second Talisen's answer.
Tarasse: I am the commander of the armies of Woodrealm, as well as the ranking officer at Falling Leaves.

What do you do to relax?
Kae: Train. And sing, and write in her journal, and stare at Alex when he's not looking!
Ryan: I make ample use of the palace library.
Arador: What I do in my free time is none of your business.
Merrick: I'm a bird. I do...bird things...

Talisen: My job. Or eat. Or sleep.
Tayven: I like to look in on how my students are progressing.
Elle: I find Talisen and beat the living snot out of him.
Tarasse: I find a walk through the forest surrounding the campus to be the best way to calm my nerves.

There's a person who's teasing you; what could you do?
Kae: I let Chaos remind them why nobody teases me.
Ryan: I ignore them.
Arador: Nobody teases the king.
Merrick: Uh...why would someone tease a bird?

Talisen: Challenge them to a fight. If they win, I admit they're right. If I win...you don't want to know.
Tayven: I don't allow that sort of thing to affect me anymore.
Elle: I let my swords do the talking.
Tarasse: I would simply smile and walk away, content to know that I am the better person.

Let's say there's a person you really care about but she/he doesn't know your feelings. How do you tell her/him?
Kae: I've been trying the whole 'verbally and physically abuse him until he gets the hint and leaves so I can avoid a potentially embarrassing situation' tactic, but it hasn't exactly worked. I don't have a plan B.
Ryan: I already have, and let me be the first to say that using words, preferably in the language they speak best, is generally the smartest route to take.
Arador: I would send them an official announcement via messenger.
Merrick: A man can only take so many blows to his ego. I'm a bird-it wouldn't matter if I told her or not.

Talisen: I don't have to. They come to me.
Tayven: Talisen, you're incorrigible. I would use words, of course.
Elle: Uh...run and hide and wait for myself to get over it?
Tarasse: I would take her to a secluded place and tell her in person.

What kind of powers do you have?
Kae: Chaos. 'Nuf said.
Ryan: I really haven't got any special powers, save wisdom.
Arador: I'm king of all Woodrealm.
Merrick: If I wasn't a bird, I would be an earth mage, but since I am...I can fly?

Talisen: I have powers, but I don't use them unless you really tick me off. Then they sort of...
Tayven: Spiral out of control because you never learned to use them like I did?
Elle: I'm just an assassin.
Tarasse: I have no special powers, nor do I desire them.

What is your sexuality?
Kae: Woah, where did that come from?! Um...not gay?
Ryan: Heterosexual.
Arador: Heterosexual.
Merrick: I like women...

Talisen: Definitely straight.
Tayven: Heterosexual.
Elle: I second that motion!
Tarasse: I do not indulge in pleasures of the flesh.
